SPL 162 Meter

Specifically designed to measure very high sound pressure levels the Gold Line SPL162 hand-held sound pressure level meter, is a compact unit that can be powered from batteries or an external dc supply. A front-panel selector permits switching between A- or C-weighting, or a flat response. The SPL162 can measure up to 162dB and utilises class 2 filters to the ANSI S1.4 standard. The unit features a built-in omni-directional electret condenser microphone, and has the added convenience of a high-impedance line-level input.
